How can you be sure? The only way to "ensure" that it will
work is to have the flash frames of a DURATION that falls in between
the "minimum visible duration" for an adult and the "minimum visible
duration" for a 7 year old kid..... so far.... all sources indicate
it's between 25ms and 45 ms, which puts one frame of NTSC video right
in the middle (33 ms) of that range.
This should make the movie visible to adults (superliminal) but
invisible to kids (subliminal).

Don't go into a manic fit Gary.
Pull yourself together.

Try to Remember.... two heads are better than one!

You're not going to start playing games are you?

Don't try to drag me into any dopey pseudoscientific
"top secret ideas" of yours.

I've already layed out in exact detail above a plan that will work
based on known science.... I'm not going to let you drag me into any
of your "top secret research" ideas for crying out louds!

Sheesh....
