Good communications - ie we talk politely and think with our brains and not
our dicks...
BTW The Liberal government of John Howard was returned with a massive
majority partly on his hard position on gun control. Also the States have
outlawed the selling of knives, any knife, to under 16 year olds. All of
that from a conservative government (Liberal with a capital L means
Conservative in Oz).
I guess "if' we have to defend ourselves we use our fists and not hide
behind unmanly instruments of death like penile masturbation substitutes (ie
guns) or girly weapons like knives and nail files...
