There is no best codec, to playback a specific clip, you have to have the
codecs installed that were used to make the clip..
If the video from clip is DivX 5.xx, then you have to have 5.xx or higher
installed, same with Xvid, and the same goes for the audio handling....
avi is just a container for an Audio-Video Interleaved file, meaning it
contains audio and video combined together, it tells you nothing about what
codecs were used, you need something like gspot for that...
