I went into Reauthor first thing. The problem is that when I use the
browser to access an ISO file, Shrink won't open the directory.

That's for 3.1 and does not show how to do what I want for 3.2.
I finally figured out how to do it. So here's how I got it to work.
You expand main on the right in the browser and drag the title to the
left, not the entire main. If you drag main over to the left window,
you will lose it when you open the second ISO file. But if you only
have the title you want on the left, it will stay when you open the
next ISO file - which will appear in the browser window. You then main
as before and drag the title to the left window as before. That way
you compile the titles in the left window.
Someone needs to write this up because 3.2 is the current version and
the writeups for earlier versions are wrong in this regard.
It is really unfortunate that Shrink is no longer being developed
because with a little more effort it could have been a great re-author
tool. All it needs are a few extras like menus and text overlays for
the menus.
I use Ulead MovieFactory 4 and it is so bug-ridden that it is
pathetic. Shrink does not have any bugs that I am aware of.
