OK, here's my dilemma

I have the following installed with all the correct serial numbers
Nero 7 Ultra
Win dvd 7

I also reocrd from a PCI TV CARD. HDTV with AC3 in Mpeg 2 format.

It records well, plays back in Media player perfectly.

Now, if i try to donconvert this HDTV file to DVD using Nero Vision 4 I get
a perfectly burnt DVD, but NO sound, period.

Also Wind DVD 7 will play The recorded HDTV files, but with NO sound.

My system is P4 win xp sp2 .

Any help appreciated why i am having problem with the sound.
