I successfully did it with a Tohiba I had. This is probably the best
place to look:

or try one of these:

http://www.dvdunlocker.com/movies/menu.aspx

but don is right, there's no guarantee that your NTSC player, or indeed
your tv will handle it. Players and TVs in the UK routinely handle both
formats, but it's easier for PAL machines to play NTSC as it's a simple
matter of dropping a few frames, but NTSC is a lower quality format and
the technical problems involved in upgrading the image are formidable.
