NEC ND-3540A
LG GSA-4163B

which performs best against below items ?

1. Ability to read from / write to various brands of DVD especially
those cheap ones.
2. DVD buring failure rate.
3. DVD burning speed. DVD playback rate.
4. Noise production during operation.
5. Ease of installation & configuration.
6. Driver support.
7. Compatibility with Windows OS (XP or above).
