From what I can see on the pioneer 420 I have, this recorder covers all your
points except the progressive scan.
Not sure if the new pioneers allow for progressive scan. simple search and
I'm sure you'll find out.
( Note to point 6, i believe chapter markers will only be carried over to
the dvd from the hdd if you choose high speed copy. if you are changing the
quality ie sp to lp then they won't be transferred over but the recorder
will put in chapters every 10 or 15 mins(user set))
