The USB Dazzle capture device is the Digital Video Creator and comes withthe moviestar software.
 It's a little ancient - and I am open to suggestions if you think another
 card is required.
 
 I am in the UK and what I am trying to do is to move an NTSC tape onto a PAL
 dvd.
 
 My video is PAL, but has the SPQB thingy which lets me play ntsc tapes to
 PAL TV, but oinly in B&W.
 I am sure I can receive this on the computer as NTSC and then convert it
 into PAL.... but do not know how.
