It's always extremely busy, which is why I don't subscribe to it - out
of many hundreds of posts a day, I might read a half-dozen.

So? IMO as long as you regularly subscribe to at least 1 of the groups
you post to, it's not trolling.
Of course, it's not considered polite to cross-post that way regularly.
