1. Please register as a user

Therefore, please register as a user.
2. If you need technical support.
Make sure you have been registered as a user, before requesting any
technical support.
For customers who have NOT registered, basically we do not provide
technical support.
When you request technical support, please provide as much
information as possible, by completing the support form.
(i.e. computer brand, computer peripherals, input source files
specifications, etc.)
For questions related to peripherals or other software, please
contact the maker of the item in question.

There, you will be able to update your product.
It will allow you to have the latest version, with new features and
bug fix.
