I have the ADS Tech USB 701 video capture device and my P3 only has USB
1.1 slots. If I add in a PCI USB 2.0 card, would I get transfer rates to
permit capture for DVD quality editing and burning? USB 1.1 speeds do
not permit this using VideoStudio 8, which comes with the USB701.
