 I haven't started to burn DVD-R because I didn't get all the files I
 need to burn one yet. Do you have read speed (or time to read a DVD-R)
 test figures for reference here ?
 
 FYI, my HD was Maxtor D740X-6L (DMA-33).

 But I'd upgraded firmware to DL12. How could I fall back ? FYI, the
 firmware packaged with LG driver disc was DL10
