It is the burner itself.
Owned that model. Updated to each firmware and still as slow as a wet
hen. Had it replaced twice too. All three were dead slow.
Owner of a pioneer drive and am much happier.
Read a review on the 4167 and it said the drive was slower than all
the others reviewed. Not surprised.
Sell it and get a pioneer.
