The drive itself rated a 7/10 due to the slowness where the pioneer
 rated 9/10 and best buy.

When i backed up a movie with dvd drcypter on the 4167 it was only a
third of the way through after a hour. Aborted and tried another of my
collection of movies, same thing. Have a pioneer now and it copies it
 across in minutes.
