 That's something I've been curious about.  Is the data actually stored to
 be played by a country's chosen format, or is it the same in all with a
 tag to tell the player to convert the base form to, say PAL?  This would
 make more sense to me even if ther are only a handful of formats besides
 NTSC and PAL.
