My guess is you don't want to go down the PC mode of making DVD's but would rather just treat the process in the same way as VHS to DVD recorder.

I checked out the technical specs of your DVD recorder, it is a rebated
LiteOn brand and gets a good review for simplicity of operation etc.

Yes you will need a new video card that provides you with composite video
out which you would connect to the composite in of the DVD recorder. You
also need to connect the audio line out of your computer into the Audio
 input of the DVD recorder.

You will need to do a bit of a rehearsal to set the playback level of the
sound then it's just the same as regarding your PC as a VHS player. Start
the DVD recorder then start the playback of the file on the PC. Make sure
everything is set up full screen and there are no mouse cursors or any other
identifiable bits of the Desktop visible. Make sure you are disconnected
from the Internet and ALL other programs are closed. No interruptions
including screen savers and power management need to be switched off.

All a bit fiddly but that should work - the quality won't be that good but
that's the only way you can do it other than authoring and burning on your
PC. BTW a good quality video card will cost 2 to 3 times of a DVD writer.
