No, that's wrong, too.  Video and audio can be copied for many reasons 
without infringing copyright. 
 
Try reading 17 USC 106-115 before you post.  Then, too, 17 USC 1002 implies 
that digital copying of audio is just fine if the SCMS doesn't disallow it.
