I got it as an eval copy good for 30 days IIRC.
The download site says: "TMPGEnc DVD Author 1.6 Ver.1.6.34.89"
The only place I see any reference to Pro is a boxed version released
as Tsunami Mpeg at the TMPG website. I am using the Pegasus website.

Then I must have the Pro version because I can clearly see two aspect
ratios for thumbnails. I have to cover up the larger ones with a wide
frame to make them look the same as the others. But in one instance
that has encroached on the text I placed on the first few frames in
MF4 using Enhanced Video Text.
