I just saw your other post, saying you'd prefer a HDD-capable 
standalone with multi-tune capability. I'm in the same boat, but I 
really don't want to replace my 3 VCR's with 3 DVD Recorders, so I'm 
waiting and looking. That's how I stumbled across the two PC-based 
solutions from SnapStream and Sage.

Since both are PC-based, adding a NIC is simple. If you're like me, 
though, and you check out the trial versions of the software, I think 
you'll find that both aren't quite ready for prime time. They're worth 
keeping an eye on, though. There's a lot of potential wrapped up 
there.
