Hi all,

I'm going to return a Dvd player that I found out doesn't support
multi-region.
I have 15 days to return the dvd player and I have to choose another
one rather quickly.
Believe me, I'm not a lazy guy who expect to save the time to look for
the information he needs by asking others to do all the work for him,
but I have tried to search on the net for a model that would meet the
criteria I'm looking for but there are so many models to check for and
so many contradictory opinions.
That's why I'm asking for your help.

I'm looking for a dvd player (budget 100-140$) which can read divx and
have a good audio and video quality and is region-free or have
firmwares that can make it a region-free dvd (since I have many dvds
from different regions than my own too)

I've been suggested to buy a pioneer or philips or a sony. When I
checked the models of these brands I couldn't understand what dvd
players could be made region-free and what had a good video and audio
quality.
