I have a Sony DVD player that plays DivX 5.0 video's.
If I updated my DivX codec to version 6.0 would I still be able to
play DivX files on my DVD player?
My DVD player is Sony DVP-NS955V.
I'm thinking if the Divx player software on a computer needs to be
updated to play the new Divx 6.0 files than they may not play on my
DVD player.
