My first dvd recorder had intermitted picture freeze and had to be
reset by unplugging it.

Sent to manufacture

They sent back a new unit with dead clock

Sent back to manufacture

Lasted about 100 burns and the DVD burner part of the DVD Recorder
started to make grinding noise and then it would not recognize dvd
disc.

Sent back to manufacture

Unit number 4 now I'm at about 100 burns and it seems to be ok
(fingers crossed)

I didn't mention brand because the great customer service I got and
the 7-8 day turn around time for them getting unit back to me and
they'd paid shipping from them to me. Its a great recorder when it
works.

Fluke or crap, I can't recommend my DVD Recorder at this point and
can't trash them either. So far id say im out $200 for 300 burns plus
cost of media.

email me and i will send model no.
