Uhhhh...riiiiight.
It doesn't imply anything. It clearly states heavy users are more
likely to encounter shipping delays. That's Netflix's own words. Do you
need it broken down more for you or are you going to continue to deny
everything despite it being written in black and white for you (or
whatever colors yoru newsreader views in).
