There is nothing deceptive about "all you can eat". As for the second
claim, tax id levied by the state. The advertised price of a good or
service covers the transction between the seller and the buyer. The
charge for the sales transaction (the exchange of money for goods) is
paid to the state and therefore need not be included in the advertised
price.
These are poor examples. Regardless, they don't prove or disprove that
Netflix is guilty of false advertising. It's merely a distractive smoke
screen.
