Help please !
I have a Hyundai DVD player which is OK (for a cheapie) for playing
most movies and Music DVDs through my (cheapie) TV (on board stereo
speakers) but recently I bought a new music DVD - U2's Vertigo Live
from Chicago concert.
The problem is that there is a serious 'compression' effect with the
audio playback where the volume keeps 'surging' depending on the
particular levels of singing or instruments being played at any
particular point. This is obviously really annoying, and i have gone
through every setting on the DVD menu and audio setup to ensure that
all possible effects are switched off.....
Can anyone help ? I can't listen to this much longer.....
