Phew, thought for a minute I was coming over all Victor Meldrew. Glad to see
another person having similar experiences.

I emailed DVDP & all they did was quote their lost items policy....I
apparently need to
wait 9 calendar weeks from the date of despatch before they'll consider
investigating.

I can do without that sort of crap.....so they're off my Chrtmas card
list......
