I doubt that the fact that the declared value is under the threshhold would
mean that packets don't go through HMRC...
I remain content with the service and delivery time from DVDPacific - around
a week, sometimes less, and I've never used anything more than the standard
(alleged) surface mail - which _must_ actually be sent by air, unless
they're using a hydrofoils to get it here!
