Total Recorder from www.highcriteria.com enables you to record any sound
that's passing through the PC - including DVD soundtracks, streaming audio,
etc. If you get the Lame dll and save it to the same directory, it'll record
in MP3 format. Costs $12 to buy, which is excellent value, IMO
