for what it's worth . . .
on the mac mini wasting time . . . we even sold our G5's because they were a
waste too :o) could only use apple software on 'em and it cost to much
$$$$$$ we went 100% pc workflow with 4 units and even the least expensive
processor unit (some 4 years old) runs the applications faster than our G5
with final cut
