Sort of hard to solve a problem that you have not personally
experienced, isn't it. So, what I do (and this is something that you
don't do) is send them to a place where they stand a better chance of
getting help (help, which is something that you don't do).

Err... what was the last product you claim to have used?? How long ago
was it? I said *current* products. Have you used DV500 (now legacy),
Liquid or Studio 8-10? No. Yet, you have an opinion on them based not on
actual usage, but what you have heard or experienced in the past.
