Its a usefull reference for when seperate people are contributing
seperate parts and all want to be able to have a common and very precise
way to reference time points.

In your case, no reason not to just 'eyeball it', as it were. Just make
sure you have your timeline expanded sufficiently so that you can easily
link sounds with frames.
