Then there's something misconfigured. 10.4.x is the most stable Mac
operating system ever. We get uptimes of weeks without a reboot, or even
logging out, and the wife usually has every Adobe product we own open at
once on her account, along with Eudora and Word and Powerpoint.
OS 9 used to crash a few times a day, for sure, usually when trying to
do something for Microsoft products.
