Hi, I'm new to the DVD quality level. But does it mean if you have a
16x DVD +R does this mean that it's better quality (picture and audio)
as compared to 4 x or 8 x ????? Or does the quality matter the number
matter?

Also what DVD disc is better in terms of audio and video quality, +R or
+RW? Does it matter? are they the same quality?
