No, you forgot to take them. That is when they will help and you will
stop hearing those voices in your head.
As for the Pinnacle person, there was nothing specifically stated. Was
there. And I would also recommend him to stop by the forums for
additional help. I have never had to use Pinnacle's tech support (being
that the products I have used work wonderful, much to your dismay). They
are trying. And guess what, some things will never be resolved (as we
[except you] know, the computer world is not perfect).
So, there you have it. Take your meds, and if anyone has a problem with
their software, try the software forums. A wealth of info on a specific
product. I would go to where there is more help.
