If you want the easiest and most simple way then go and download a
program called FREERIP MP3. It is free and all you do is run the
program and put your CD in that you want to rip. The program asks you
what quality or bitrate you wish for your MP3...192 is a good bet, then
you simply hit the rip now button.
It creates a folder on your PC with the files inside. It also will look
up the CD ID number online and this will enable it to name all of the
tracks correctly for you and tag the MP3s as well.
