Hello everyone:

I'm hoping someone out there has a suggestion for me. I'm looking to
purchase a VCR/DVD combo machine that can play and copy both PAL and
NTSC formats. Basically I'd like to play and make back up copies of my
PAL and NTSC videos. Does such a thing exist and if so, is there a
particular brand that is the best? Any help would be appreciated as I
am a bit of a technophobe :-)
