OT:Looking for (possibly non-existent) software

Ok I know it's way off topic, but... there are 3 wildly-different "software
solutions" that I am interested in discovering...

1. I have some pdf forms that allow for data-entry using Adobe Reader.
However, I am told that I can't save this filled-in form with this software.

....So which software will do this for me?
I assume "Adobe Acrobat 7.0" will, but I would like to be sure of that
before (possibly) forking-out for that software. Do I need Standard or
Professional? Will an "Upgrade" pack do or do I need to buy the full thing
if I don't have a previous version installed?
Is there a free-option alternative? (by that I don't mean pirate).

Finally, ebay has a lot of cheaper alternatives to full-price software. Does
anyone know of any suppliers who are cheap, dependable _and_ certain to have
legit copies only?

(Note sure if the next two exist, but would be interested in finding out)...

2. I would like to view the contents of a hard drive in various ways to
allow for "cleanups". I know there are various file cleanup software
available, but I'd like to see (for example) an option to view a list of
files on my drive by file-size only -ie. not in 'explorer format', so I
might chose to delete the bigger ones wherever they are located.
I realise this might not be safe/recommended, but it could help quickly find
unwanted monster-files.

3. Software you sing/hum into (via mic), that will "digitise" the song and
allow you to manipulate it thereafter with different instruments, etc.,
possibly helping a musically-illiterate person compose an epic piece of
music like never before!
....Like wuth a kazoo, only... better! ...I'm thinking... "hum into the
computer like you would with a kazoo... then twiddle some settings... now
there is an orchestra playing that song!"
This software is amazing and I haven't even seen it yet!

....oh, numbers 2 and 3 above will kinda need to be free too.

-Kevin.
