The part along the right edge of the fame, yes. But
I've looked more carefully and seen some minor
"pixelization" in other parts of the frame, also.
I'm begining to wonder if it is dirty head and/or
tape path.
I normally scoff when I hear people blaming video
artifacts on "dirty heads", but I have never cleaned
this camcorder before (I use only virgin Sony tape
in it, but it may be time.)
