I find that the 2 hr mode produces a similar image to the original cable
(non-HD) broadcast. In 4 hr mode I can start to notice the difference
on faces. People's faces start to lose detail, for example, the
foreheads or cheeks will be mostly just a uniform color. It's
acceptable for some uses, but I generally don't like it.
