Store Java apps. Unless there is a processor to execute the app, it
can't run.

Storage is not a processor. Any storage can store Java apps, including
HD-DVD, DEC-tape or paper tape. To run a program requires a processor.
HD-DVD players also have storage and a processor. There is
_+ABSOLUTELY+_ no reason that an HD-DVD player can't run Java apps.
There is also _+ABSOLUTELY+_ no way a Blu-Ray disc can run Java apps
until it is inserted into a player.
It's people with your level of understanding about systems integration
who will guarantee that people like me will never be out of work.
