I agree -the software's Win-only too (naughty Sony). But I use Sony's
Hi-MD as a 16-bt/44.1KHz uncompressed PCM recorder. With a good
microphone I get recordings good enough, quality wise, to release on CD!
Don't need Sony's software for that.
