I often have to copy a VHS tape to DVD, then transcribe it on the
computer with a wav pedal.

DH copied a batch of tapes to DVDs. Each of these are interviews
from 30 minutes to an hour long. He copied them as one
continuous interview, one file per DVD. When I open the DVD,
instead of one file, each has five fragmented sections, rather
than one continuous interview. This wouldn't be a terrible
issue, but one or two sentences gets dropped between section changes.

DH is copying with a Phillips DVDR75.

Any help would be very much appreciated. We've been pulling out
our hair trying to figure this one out, and I'm getting way
behind on my workload.
