Their website appears to be long on style and short on
substance. That makes me moderatly suspicious right off
the bat. Are they too ashamed to admit that they have a
lousy upgrade policy? Are they too dim to realize that
is an important piece of info that potential customers
want to know? Either way, it doesn't speak well of
them.
So send them an email and ask them. You could also
ask/suggest that they include that info on the web.
The speed and form of their reply might be more info
good/bad in evaluating what kind of vendor they are.
