 I've just mailed them (help@, support@ and returns@ since returns is
 the only published address on the site). If I don't get a positive
 response from them, my next step will be to call ScreenSelect and ask
 them to confirm the affiliate code I used during sign up. Mine was also
 automatically entered (DVD52), and I have a printout of the sign up
 page to show that this was the correct code at the time of sign up.
 
 If I don't get my voucher, I will be cancelling before the end of the
 free trial, and explaining to ScreenSelect exactly why I'm doing so -
 it may not be their fault directly, but DVD.co.uk is listed as their
 partner for buying DVD's from. I don't do business with companies I
 don't trust.
 
 
 
 Cancelled one account. Set-up a second now, in a different name, using the
 spouses CC. Taken screen-grabs that I entered the voucher code. Let's see
 what happens with this now!
