Apparently the laptop DOES in fact use a carbon fibre case, but it is
fibre in black rather than clear resin. Scraping away at the material
on the so called "Plastic" case reveals the diagonal cross fibres. So
it may be an ethetic issue, but not misrepresentation in any way on
the part of Sony.
