I just re read parts of the Z1 manual after reading your post (Specs).
So if I shoot in hdv and don't worry about down converting to my nle,
and am not concerned about the audio (I'd use a Beechtek), then the
main feature that the FX1 doesn't have is the 4:3 reference markers on
the viewfinder?
