Hi all,
I have a Azden ECZ-990 and used it occasionally but kept getting abused
along with other accessories in my 'road bag'. I really couldn't
recall how good the response was but now apparently it seems to be
'dead'. In a sense that I can only hear clearly if I switch to the
narrow mode, and I need to stick my lips 2 inches from the mic. In
wide mode and anything further than 3-4 inches, it could hardly pick up
anything. I already got new battery in it but is it possible it's
'dead'? Or is it not suppose to pick up anything in 3-4 feet, but much
longer range?
