Nonsense. What Fats is clearly trying to say is that, in his opinion, Sir
Francis Drake will scam the Planet Internet for the pricely sum of 150
dollars per year, which is a rip-off. Then something about rocks and
hideouts. I wasn't paying attention, to be honest.
