My apologies if this has been posted before, but I have a question on a
problem I'm encountering while using some DVD burn methods.

Im using DVD Decrypter version 3.5.4.0 and DVD Shrink 3.2.0.15 on an intel
pentium III 498 MHz processor (Windows XP sp 2).

I was having no problems up until about a month ago when DVD shrink would
lock up my entire system about 1/4 way through the "Backup" or encoding
process. The only software I have installed since this problem is norton
anti virus version 11.0, which I have disabled during the shrink process.

Any ideas on how to stop the system from locking up? Again, sorry if this is
a repeat request, but I'd appreciate any assistance rendered.
